How To Organise A Photoshoot

What you will need for a Fashion Photoshoot:

- Models
- Stylist/ Designer
- Make-Up Artist
- Photographer
- Camera
- Accessories
- Good Lightings/ Lights
- Appropriate Location
- Fitting Room
- Refreshments

Models - On the photoshoot day you will need models to wear the garments and pose so the photographer has something to take pictures of. It is also ideal for the model to practice the poses so that he/she is prepared for the day.

Stylist/ Designer - The designer or stylist also needs to attend the photoshoot because the model will need them to put on the garment in the right way and to also place any accessories that needs to be worn.

Make-Up Artist - You will need an make-up artist to apply make-up on the models so that they look awake and ready for a photoshoot. Make-up helps make the models look more proffessional.

Photographer - A Photographer is very important to have in a photoshoot because without the photographer there is no photos. However you will need to get a reliable photographer that will send the pictures edited on time.

LocationChoose an appropriate location for the photoshoot such as a studio or venue. If you are thinking about doing the photoshoot outside you will need to find out what the weather will be like on that date so that you will be prepared for any bad weather because that will affect the photoshoot.

Fitting Room - You will need a fitting room were the model can change and get ready for the shoot.

Refreshments - It also might be relevant to have some refreshments such as water and snacks because the photoshoot could take up to a whole day and you will need some refreshments to keep you going.
